Curate Studio can very comfortably accommodate our max occupancy of 106 persons, per the Town of Apex Fire Department

Yes!  We offer white folding tables and chairs.  We have 80 white folding chairs, 8 60" round tables, and 6 6' rectangular tables that you may use to setup.  

Yes! You can bring your own food and drinks, or preferred caterer. 

Our pricing table is listed on the website.  Please reference the pricing page from the menu. 

Curate Studio is equipped with a built-in speaker system and 2 wall mounted TVs to be used for screensharing presentations, along with a microphone.

This media package is offered at an upcharge of $200.

To secure your rental date and time, please submit the rental request form.  Once confirmed, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement and submit 50% of total payment via credit card.  Remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to your event date.  

We understand that cancellations occur.  We kindly ask that cancellations be made 45 days prior in order to receive a full refund. After 45 days, there will be partial refunds as stated in the rental agreement.
